I can offer all aspects of dog grooming, from hand stripping, clipping, trimming, and de-shedding, down to a general wash and brush up!
I am happy handling & grooming all breeds of dog, however if you want something 'different' to a breed standard, please make this known when booking your appointment.
When bathing all dogs are shampoo'd twice with additional conditioner if required.
A general health check is done with every groom and nail trim & ear clean performed where required.
Anal glands are checked but not emptied as I believe this is better done by a veterinary professional.
Fleas & ticks are unwelcome visitors to you and us alike. Ticks will be removed and destroyed, and the bite site will be shown to you so you can check it heals properly. Flea problems should be dealt with prior to your grooming appointment. Please be aware that many flea & tick treatments state that you should not bath your dog for 24-48 hours after application. Should your dog be found to have fleas then we will treat it with a medicated flea shampoo at no extra cost. There will however be a £10 surcharge to cover the intensive clean up required to ensure they do not hitch a ride on anyone else (dog or human!).
While I will do my best to fully groom each dog to your requirements, If the dog being groomed is of dangerous or extremely nervous temperament and the groom cannot be completed you will be informed. If you have a 'nippy' dog that has its own muzzle, please bring this along as it may be a more comfortable & reassuring fit than one of ours.

Payment is due upon collection of your dog.
Cancellation charges will be applied if less than 24 hours notice given, as it can be difficult to re-book the space. Reminders are not sent out, Please make note of your booking, missed appointments cant always be rescheduled at short notice.
As grooming takes place in our daycare facility, please respect my neighbours by parking sensibly and having your dog on a lead in and out of the salon.
Please inform us when booking if your dog is not sociable with other dogs.
Late collection - Please be aware if your dog has to be left within the daycare, then daycare charges will be applied after 30 mins, which is £10. the grooming and daycare service are run as separate appointments, i operate one a 1 dog at a time policy in the grooming area, unless its dogs from the same household.
